Shipping

1. Processing Times

All Geek-Glow products are made to order.

Production Time: 2–7 business days after your order is placed
Orders are shipped Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
Please note: Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods such as holidays.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

Standard US Shipping: 3–8 business days after production
Typical delivery time from order date: 5–15 business days total (production + shipping).
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery address.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75. For orders under $50, the shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your location.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after shipment.

5. Delays & Carrier Issues

While we work to ensure on-time delivery, Geek-Glow is not responsible for delays caused by:

Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
Carrier or postal service delays
Severe weather or other factors beyond our control

6. Lost or Missing Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window:

Check your tracking number and contact USPS for updates.
If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will send a replacement at no extra charge.

7. Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before checking out.
Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
