1. Order Processing & Production

All Geek-Glow products are made to order using high-quality print-on-demand production. This means items are created only after your order is placed, ensuring fresh production and reducing waste.
Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or style changes, or for buyer’s remorse. Please review product descriptions and sizing charts carefully before purchasing.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we will replace it at no additional cost or issue a refund.
To request a replacement or refund, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the defect or damage

We will process your replacement or refund once the issue is confirmed. You do not need to return the damaged item.

3. Refunds & Replacements

  • Once your claim is approved, we’ll either send a free replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 1–3 business days after approval.

  • Refunds and replacements are only issued for defective or damaged products, not for ordering the wrong size, color, or changing your mind.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled only if they have not yet entered production. Once an item is in production, we cannot cancel or make changes.

If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing and shipping times vary depending on the product and destination. Estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout.

  • Geek-Glow is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • If a package is lost in transit due to a carrier error, we will send a replacement free of charge.

6. Customer Responsibility

Please ensure your shipping address and order details are correct before checking out. Incorrect information may cause delays or prevent delivery.
